So this is week 1 of finding skinny me. Hopefully, haha. Instead of posting every day, I'll more likely just update each week's post. Here I'll state my goals and update as I either meet them, or I don't meet them, etc. Now, most of these goals are going to be related to what I eat. I'm not very good at exercises, so I'm starting off with mostly diet. As you see, my goal is to stay within 1200 to 1300 calories a day. This is because I have a desk job and only burn roughly 1750 calories in a day. If I ate 1250 calories every day, I'd have a decifit of 3500 for the whole week and supposedly lose a pound. Now, I know me, and I know I'm not good at staying in calories on the weekend, so I'm giving myself some leeway on Friday and Saturday. Assuming I stay in my goals, I should be able to lose half a pound a week, we hope!
