Week 1

So this is week 1 of finding skinny me. Hopefully, haha. Instead of posting every day, I'll more likely just update each week's post. Here I'll state my goals and update as I either meet them, or I don't meet them, etc. Now, most of these goals are going to be related to what I eat. I'm not very good at exercises, so I'm starting off with mostly diet. As you see, my goal is to stay within 1200 to 1300 calories a day. This is because I have a desk job and only burn roughly 1750 calories in a day. If I ate 1250 calories every day, I'd have a decifit of 3500 for the whole week and supposedly lose a pound. Now, I know me, and I know I'm not good at staying in calories on the weekend, so I'm giving myself some leeway on Friday and Saturday. Assuming I stay in my goals, I should be able to lose half a pound a week, we hope!

Welcome!

Hello! Welcome to my blog! What's it about, you ask? Well, the title pretty much says it all. This is my search for Skinny Me. I show she exists, I know she's out there, I just want to find her.

I've been struggling with my weight almost all my life. When I was really young, I used to be a picky eater, and that helped a lot, but sometime in middle school, or maybe a little earlier, I started liking lots of different foods and I started eating them! Yikes! Now I'm at a point where I'm bigger than I want to be and getting sick of it.

This blog will hopefully follow my journey to finding Skinny Me, and hopefully we do find her! This would be a sad sad journey if we didn't. We me luck!
